We strive to maintain continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use LUMEN AI services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Privacy & Data Collection: LUMEN AI may process visual data including eye movements and facial features for service functionality. All data processing complies with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

All intellectual property rights in LUMEN AI technology, including but not limited to algorithms, software, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to LUMEN AI.

You retain ownership of any content you provide to LUMEN AI. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the requested services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMEN AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
